The Palmer Cup is a international collegiate golf event between USA and Europe. The Palmer Cup is an annual event that needed a presence on the web that reflected the quality and excellence of the event itself. The development of palmercup.org presented a few unique challenges: 1) tournament officials needed the ability to add and edit content to the site live as the tournament happened, 2) the client wanted to ensure that we built a site for them that would last for years with yearly design changes, archiving of content of past years, and a consistent administrative backend where content changes could be made, and 3) we had a tight time window to design and deploy the site (2-3 weeks). We designed a solution for them that custom fit their needs, would last for years, and that was launched quickly.
